Came here for a business meeting and was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting such an incredible explosion of flavors—every dish was beautifully seasoned, with just the right amount of spice. The dim lighting and intimate atmosphere made it the perfect place for networking and great conversations. Excellent food, excellent ambiance. Highly recommend!

Visited Chhauka mainly for the food, but honestly the ambiance and downtown vibe were the strongest parts of the experience. The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere, modern presentation, and seems to attract more of a drinks and social crowd. Seating is very limited, so it can feel cramped during busy hours. The only dish truly worth coming back for was the spinach and kale chaat. It tasted fresh, balanced, and flavorful with a nice combination of textures and sauces. Easily the highlight of the meal. The chicken starter was average at best (2/5) and lacked strong flavor. The samosa filling unfortunately had a smell that made it difficult to enjoy (1/5). The biryani was the biggest disappointment — the rice did not resemble authentic biryani rice at all, and overall it felt like an insult to traditional biryani (1/5). The BBQ platter may work well for people unfamiliar with Indian or Pakistani BBQ flavors, but for someone used to authentic South Asian taste, it lacked depth and proper seasoning. Absolutely blown away by this place. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels elevated yet welcoming—perfect balance of upscale and comfortable. The food is next level. Every dish is packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with intention. Do yourself a favor and order the lamb chops—they were perfectly cooked, insanely flavorful, and easily one of the best dishes on the menu. But the real standout? The cocktails. Easily some of the best drinks I’ve ever had—no exaggeration. Each one is crafted with precision, unique flavor combinations, and a level of creativity you don’t see often. You’re not just ordering a drink here, you’re getting an experience in a glass.. You have to try the duck fat washed Old Fashioned… yes, I said duck fat. It sounds wild, but it’s rich, smooth, and unbelievably well-balanced. Seriously one of the most unique and memorable cocktails I’ve ever had. Service was sharp, attentive, and genuinely friendly without being overbearing. Everything flowed perfectly from start to finish. If you’re looking for incredible Indian cuisine paired with top-tier cocktails, this spot is a must

Chhauka is a lowkey non fussy Indian spot. The service is really great and the atmosphere is chic noir. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer, achari paneer, & butter chicken. The food was done quickly and fresh, the flavor was good, but my one complaint is that the salt was a touch high. We will be back again to try more dishes, and hopefully meet the owner and Michelin rated chef! This is a big thing for Indian cuisine in WPB and should be protected and honored.

Went not knowing what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. Drinks were great and unique. Food was so fresh, beautifully plated and oh the aromatics! Really had a great time and definitely plan to go back for the happy hour!
